Support responsible emergency medicine research.

Ethical Saving connects scientific evaluation, medical technology and transparent evidence review. We support innovation without skipping the work required to determine whether it is safe, useful and clinically meaningful.

Turn promising signals into measurable evidence.

Our work starts with what can already be supported: technical feasibility, mechanism data, preclinical findings and relevant external clinical signals. From there we define the next measurable question: which population, timing, dose, route, safety criteria and patient-relevant endpoints should a credible study test? External evidence strengthens the rationale and study design without being relabelled as proof for our own projects.

Emergency care research

Research around early intervention, neuroprotection, prehospital workflows and evidence-based evaluation.

Transparent assumptions

Models and datasets identify sourced values, derived values, assumptions and data gaps rather than presenting all numbers as facts.

Responsible innovation

New technology should earn stronger claims through appropriate testing, safety work and patient-relevant evidence.

Clinical validation objective: AIRCHILL already has a measurable development rationale from mechanism and preclinical work, complemented by external animal and human cooling research. It has been used in 0 patients so far, so the next programme should prospectively determine safety, thermal exposure, the most appropriate population and the size of any patient-relevant effect. These supporting signals justify the study; they are not presented as established AIRCHILL patient benefit.
