Ethical Saving gUG · nonprofit

Donate to medical research.

Support nonprofit work in medical research, emergency medicine, scientific evaluation and responsible healthcare innovation.

Turn promising signals into robust evidence.

Ethical Saving supports approaches with a scientific rationale or measurable signal and a clearly defined next evidence step. We show what technical feasibility, preclinical findings and external clinical research already support, then help move the question into the next well-designed study. A donation supports nonprofit research and project work; it is not a promise of a medical outcome.

What your support helps enable

Scientific evaluation

Research ideas should be tested with appropriate methods, documented clearly and interpreted critically.

Emergency medicine innovation

We work on transparent approaches to better care and on responsible pathways for controlled evaluation of new methods.

Transparency & open source

Where appropriate, we publish technical work openly and make assumptions, evidence limits and data gaps visible.

Next development step for Medical Cooling / AIRCHILL: Preclinical mechanism and safety work, together with external animal and human cooling research, provides a scientific basis for testing earlier controlled cooling. AIRCHILL has been used in 0 patients so far; the next objective is therefore to prospectively validate safety, thermal exposure, the most appropriate population and the size of any patient effect. Support helps generate that evidence; it is not a promise of a medical outcome.
