Organisation

Ethical Saving gUG is a nonprofit entrepreneurial company based in Gütersloh, Germany. Fabian Temme is the managing director authorised to represent the organisation. See the Imprint for register and contact details.

Patents and potential conflicts of interest

Public patent records for EP3509683B1 and US11395900B2 identify Fabian Temme as holder/assignee. The patent rights are not represented on this website as assets owned by Ethical Saving gUG.

Transparency status: a separate public policy covering conflicts of interest, licensing terms or transactions between the nonprofit entity and the private patent holder is not currently published here. Such arrangements should be clarified in writing before major or restricted funding.

Donations and use of funds

Donations are possible through linked platforms such as PayPal and Betterplace. Platform conditions and fees may differ.

Transparency status: a complete public annual report with revenue, expenditure, reserves and a detailed allocation by research, administration, communications, fundraising and patent-related costs is not currently published on this website. A project-specific public donation budget with milestones and success criteria is likewise not currently available for every project.

Nonprofit status and donation receipts

A current tax-exemption notice and its validity period are not presently published here as a downloadable document. Questions about donation receipts or tax treatment should therefore be clarified directly before a tax-relevant donation.

Scientific evidence

Ethical Saving communicates development goals positively and testably: first we show the mechanism, preclinical or external clinical signals that support a hypothesis; then we state what the next study should measure, confirm or quantify.

AIRCHILL has treated 0 patients. Preclinical mechanism and safety data plus external animal and human research can strengthen the rationale for the next development step, but they do not replace evidence of patient benefit.

Neutral or negative studies remain visible and are treated as design information for population, timing, route, thermal dose, safety, endpoints and sample size. They are not used as a reason to hide promising mechanistic or subgroup signals, and those signals are not relabelled as proven human efficacy.

Editorial and AI-assisted website work

Goals should be positive, concrete and verifiable. Translation must not make the evidence status more negative or more absolute than the German source. At the same time, animal, mechanism or subgroup signals must not be turned into claims of established clinical efficacy.

Before major or restricted funding

For larger, recurring or institutional support, project objective, budget, period, milestones, reporting, intellectual-property handling and potential conflicts should be documented in writing.
